Will my patients know it's AI?

Not unless you tell them. Our voices are natural and we train the assistant on your practice's tone. You can always have it identify itself if you prefer.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every call is recorded, transcribed, and flagged if it triggers one of your escalation rules (e.g., new-patient emergency, pediatric emergency). You review what you want and ignore the rest.

Is this HIPAA compliant?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement before go-live. Our stack runs on HIPAA-eligible infrastructure and with annual risk assessments.

Can I cancel any time?
